This is a handmade Oliver saddle by Richard Oliver. This saddle is a 16 1/ 2 x 14 x 4 with a full double rigging. The hardware is handmade by Andrews, skirts are semi-square, pencil roll cantle, seat is slickout to med-high then it is tooled and front has a pencil roll. This saddle is full tooled with the Richard Oliver flower and a breast collar to match.
