This is a hand made Oliver saddle. It is a Ranch Cutter with a 16 x 13 x 3 1/2 and is a seat rig with handmade hardware. The skirts are semi square the cantle has a pencil roll and the seat is tooled with a bicycle padded seat. Fenders are tooled with flowers and brands.
